@ 工作原理 / Working principle
安全切斷閥由出口壓力來(lái)控制 指揮器（導(dǎo)閥）動(dòng)作，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)切斷 氣體向下游輸送的功能。“超壓切 斷 ”功能即當(dāng)安全切斷閥下游信號(hào) 采集點(diǎn)處的壓力超出彈簧所設(shè)定的 范圍后 ，集點(diǎn)處的壓力信號(hào)反饋給 指揮器（導(dǎo)閥），使指揮器（導(dǎo)閥）活 塞向上移動(dòng)，從而使拉桿脫扣，重錘 向下沖擊撞針 ，撞針向下移動(dòng)使得 掛鉤與翻板脫開 ，翻板向下關(guān)閉閥 門，從而切斷氣體向下游的輸送，保 護(hù)下游設(shè)備及管線的安全。
“ 欠壓切斷 ”功能即當(dāng)安全切斷 閥下游信號(hào)采集點(diǎn)處的壓力低于彈 簧所設(shè)定的范圍后，采集點(diǎn)處的壓力 信號(hào)反饋給指揮器（導(dǎo)閥），使指揮器 （導(dǎo)閥）活塞向下移動(dòng)，從而使拉桿脫 扣，重錘向下沖擊撞針，撞針向下移 動(dòng)使得掛鉤與翻板脫開，翻板向下關(guān) 閉閥門 ，從而切斷氣體向下游的輸 送，保護(hù)下游設(shè)備及管線的安全。
