How it works
The gas pressure regulating valve is a pressure control device in the pressure regulating device. The inlet pressure of the pipeline network enters the control controller after being stabilized by the front controller. After the control controller regulates the pressure, the output load pressure enters the valve rear chamber, pushes the diaphragm, overcomes the spring force, opens the valve port, and achieves pressure reduction and stable flow output.
When the downstream gas consumption decreases, the feedback pressure after the pressure regulating valve increases and is fed back to the control controller through the measuring pipeline, causing the control controller to lose balance. Its output load pressure decreases, and the balance inside the pressure regulating valve is also broken. Under the action of the spring and feedback pressure, the diaphragm makes the valve opening smaller or even closed, causing the outlet pressure of the pressure regulating valve to drop back to the set pressure value.
When the downstream gas consumption increases, the downstream feedback pressure decreases, and the actions of its various parts are opposite.
