Sichuan Province is the earliest start of natural gas vehicles, the largest number of the most mature technology, equipped with the most perfect areas, the national "Ninth Five-Year", "fifteen", the "Eleventh Five-Year" key demonstration, focusing on promoting the application and run the regional model one of the regions. ◎ exhibition practices and requirements:
1. Exhibitor contract form required by fill out the form by fax to the Organizing Committee, the committee returned booth confirmation to take effect. Exhibitors in the application within one week after the scheduled payment to pay 50% of the booth or all participation fees, the remaining costs shall be March 1, 2010 paid, on March 1 after the units registered for the exhibition, in a week once all exhibition fees will be pay;
2. Exhibitor booth size in four (or open space 36 square meters) or more, may give priority to a prominent position;
3. For the units participating in this exhibition, please register as soon as possible and provide the company or product and other relevant documents, the organizers will publish the "Show Preview" for distribution to professional users around, buyers;
4. Exhibitor participation fee remitted, the bank transfer by fax to the organizing committee for verification, receiving the full participation fee invoice sent to exhibitors after the exhibition period, or issue;
5. For registration, exhibition, exhibits transportation, accommodation and other conference matters, the organizers in the March 1, 2010 prior to the exhibitors to send "Exhibition Services Guide" and other Conference materials.
