ORLEN acquisition of DEA's oil and natural gas exploitation
September 25, 2015, Upstream Sp Z o.O ORLEN. Announced the acquisition of its two Deutsche Erdoel AG DEA oil and gas exploration rights in the south of Poland.
Deutsche Erdoel AG DEA was founded in 1899 and is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. The company has been working on and processing natural gas and crude oil worldwide, and has been in Germany, Britain, Norway, Denmark, Egypt and Algeria and other countries to obtain mining rights and have their own production line.
Upstream Sp Z o.O ORLEN. Founded in 2006, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. The company is a subsidiary of Koncern Naftowy Orlen SA Polski. ORLEN mainly provides services for oil and gas exploration, as well as in geological, mining, and research activities.
